FOR OIL AND GAS COMPANY
Job DESCRIPTION:
- Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices across project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and eliminate potential hazards.
- Monitor compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), confined space entry, working at height, hot work, and lifting operations.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for employees and subcontractors.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare detailed investigation reports with corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor emergency preparedness, conduct evacuation drills, and ensure emergency response equipment is readily available.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, inspection checklists, incident statistics, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate with project management, supervisors, and client HSE representatives to ensure compliance with contractual HSE requirements.
- Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management, spill prevention, pollution control, and housekeeping.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant science discipline.
- Min 4 – 5 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry.
- NEBOSH IGC.
- Candidates must have good command on English language with strong
communication skills.
