Job DESCRIPTION:

• Shall control and issue the purchase orders as per approved budget by the management
• Prepares detailed manpower work plans for cost engineering activities.
• Reviews as directed cost engineering and material control related provisions of proposals, and develops supporting data for contract negotiations
• Responsible for the timely and competent performance of cost estimates.
• Prepares and analyzes comparisons of scope, quantities and cost data between projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 5 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Must have experience of Shutdown/Turnaround.
• Candidates must have good command on English language with strong communication skills.
