Job DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinate with clients to understand the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of the project.
• Plan and conduct minor modifications to complete concept drawing sets prior to operator’s approval.
• Review the accuracy of existing as-built drawings and models and apply the necessary changes.
• Execute design coordination of the schematic and detail design stages on Revit with other professionals and specialist consultants as the lead design architect.
• Draw up tender documents and specifications for procurement and ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Apply Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud and CAD platforms to jointly develop the design with the rest of the team
• Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to the client and the hotel operator.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a Degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Min 10 – 12 years of experience in similar role in construction industry.
• Proficiency & Extensive knowledge of Revit, CAD, Navisworks, BIM360 or Autodesk.
• Wide experience in International Building Codes and regulations (NFPA, IPC, Eurocode, British Standards, ASHRAE, etc.).
• Experience in GCC countries, especially UAE and Qatar will be an advantage.
• Candidates must have good command on English language with strong communication skills.
