FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

    Job DESCRIPTION:

  • Plan and coordinate a project from start to finish, including organizing the schedule of work, costing and budget.
  • Develop sequencing for all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met, and to avoid costly mistakes and reworks.
  • Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress.
  • Evaluate the work progress daily and prepare internal / external reports pertaining to job status
  • Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering/Architectural Engineering or related field.
  • Min 10 – 15 years of experience in similar role in construction industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, BIM360 or similar.
  • PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
  • Experience in GCC countries, especially UAE and Qatar will be an advantage.
  • Candidates must have good command on English language with strong communication skills.
