FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
Job DESCRIPTION:
- Plan and coordinate a project from start to finish, including organizing the schedule of work, costing and budget.
- Develop sequencing for all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met, and to avoid costly mistakes and reworks.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress.
- Evaluate the work progress daily and prepare internal / external reports pertaining to job status
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering/Architectural Engineering or related field.
- Min 10 – 15 years of experience in similar role in construction industry.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, BIM360 or similar.
- PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
- Experience in GCC countries, especially UAE and Qatar will be an advantage.
- Candidates must have good command on English language with strong communication skills.
